1 - Tostada Salad - Choice of grilled salmon or chicken. A bed of fresh greens with tomato, corn and black bean salsa, topped with avocado, chimichurri, Island vinaigrette and a crisp tortilla with melted cheese on the side.
2 - Half Rack Baby Back Ribs - Glazed with our guava BBQ sauce and served with fries.
3 - Applewood Bacon & Cheddar Burger - Crisp bacon, cheddar cheese, pickles, tomato, red onions and lettuce on a brioche bun.
4 - Jerk Chicken Pasta - Sliced jerk chicken breast, fresh asparagus and mushrooms tossed in a rich Parmesan cream sauce with cinnamon mashed sweet potatoes and green beans.
